You’ll love how well my suv drives. My vehicle comes with tinted windows, it easily seats 4 in the back seat, has great trunk space, and seats fold down for additional space. Comes with radio, CD player, USB, Bluetooth technology, hands free talking, and control buttons on the steering wheel. Car will be available clean and with a full tank of fuel. Please return the vehicle as clean. There is a $50 fee if returned unclean. $500 if there is smoke or marijuana smell. There will be additional charges to clean vomit or stains that require multiple cleanings apply. Be mindful that Turo, not me imposes late fees on late returns. Additionally, I disinfect my vehicle after each use. If you pick up the vehicle there is NO pick up or drop off fee. If I drop off the vehicle there is a fee of the cost of an uber ride.

Guidelines

Please NO PETS and NO SMOKING in the vehicle. Also, no removing state mandated or oil change sticker please. There WILL BE a $50 cleaning FEE if not returned in the same clean condition it was given. There is I’ll be a $500 FEE if my vehicle is returned with the smell of smoke or weed.

Cindy was very helpful and flexible. We needed to return the car earlier than anticipated and she made it happen. Car itself was very clean and performed well.

This was my first experience with Turo and will probably be my last. Cindy had info on her profile that she took down at some point after we booked. It said that if she picks us up and we drop her off at her house (either way pick up or drop off) that there would be no extra charge...so we agreed to that. She picked us up at the airport and at that time said that we didn't have to take her home because she got a ride. That was her decision, not ours. When i checked in with her the day of our return she then informed me that she was sick and we needed to drop off at her house and uber to the airport. I thought that was an inconvenience given our agreement but being she was sick, i just brushed it off. We dropped it off as requested and a little boy met us outside and asked for the keys on our arrival, so we were literally standing in the street with all our luggage while waiting for our uber. Then when we land back home i notice she asked for a cleaning fee. Mind you we filled the car up with gas, ran it through a car wash and vacuumed 10 minutes before we dropped it off. I didn't take it in to have it detailed but in my opinion, it was cleaner than it was when we picked it up except maybe some dust from the 10-minute drive to her house. Im not sure yet how the dispute process will work with Turo but i am disputing the cleaning fee...that's just ridiculous, and how can they get away with changing the rules and terms once you agree to something? I really wanted to like this, it seems so much easier than messing with rental companies but there isnt much support when something goes wrong so not sure if its worth it.
