We understand a little sand is normal, but excessive dirt, trash, or mess may result in a $50 cleaning fee. Your consideration helps us prepare the car for the next guest on time! 🚭 No Smoking or Eating Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle, per Turo’s policy. Eating is also discouraged to prevent spills, odors, or crumbs that can affect the next renter’s experience. ⛽ Fuel Make sure to refill the tank to the level it was at when you picked up the car. A $75 refueling fee will apply if returned with less gas. 🛠️ Damages You’re responsible for any damage that occurs during your trip. Please take and upload clear photos of the interior and exterior at pickup and return to protect yourself. 👤 Approved Drivers Only Only drivers listed on the Turo reservation are allowed to drive the vehicle. • How close is pick up from airport?

  We are located approximately 7 miles or a 10-minute drive from the airport, right beside Hickam Air Force Base. If you choose to take an Uber, it would cost around $20.

• How do I check in remotely?

  We will provide all necessary information, including the exact address and lockbox location, 24 hours before your trip begins, and the lockbox code 2 hours prior to your start time. We've simplified the process to ensure it's straightforward and hassle-free. You can check in at your leisure without concerns about tardiness. • Do you do delivery?

  Yes, we offer airport delivery for rentals of five days or more. Due to airport regulations, we are not allowed to hand off the vehicle directly at the terminal gates, as doing so may result in substantial fines. Instead, the car will be parked in the Terminal 2 parking garage, which is conveniently located directly across from your arrival gate. You will receive the exact floor and row details 24 hours before check-in. 🎫 Please note: Guests are responsible for the parking fee, which is typically under $20.
