Guidelines

Please treat the car as it is was yours. Drive the vehicle with care and follow all road laws. All Turo guidelines must be followed. No out of state travel. [DELIVERY] For your convenience, we offer vehicle delivery throughout various Dallas destinations. [TOLL ROAD CHARGES] Please avoid toll roads. [MILEAGE] You will have a limit of 200 miles per day. There is a fee for every mile over the limit. Since our vehicles are so fun to drive, we encourage you to purchase the Unlimited Mileage Extra in advance so that your time is spent enjoying the vehicle and not counting miles. [CLEANLINESS] The vehicle will be provided to you clean, washed, and disinfected. The vehicle should be returned in the same condition if not returned clean or in the same condition as given, we will charge a cleaning fee. Since time flies when you are having fun, we encourage you to purchase the Post Trip Cleaning Extra in advance so that your time is spent enjoying the vehicle and not picking up crumbs. [NO PETS/NO SMOKING] This vehicle is smoke and pet free. Per Turo Fees Table, you will be charged a smoking and/or cleaning fee if there is a smoke smell, unpleasant odor, or pet hair. The smoking/pet fee can increase depending on how hard it is to remove smell/hair/ashes/cigarette butts/etc. [DAMAGE] The vehicle will be photographed before/after each trip. Any noticeable scrapes or dents will incur a repair fee. Tire and Rim damage is the most common type of damage that occurs on vehicles. We take clear photos of each tire and rim before and after each tip, and we highly suggest our guests do the same. There will be a $250.00 charge for any damage found on the rim per rim. [ADDITIONAL USAGE] Please pick up and return the vehicle at the time you specified. On-time pickups and returns allow us to make sure all vehicles are disinfected and prepared for our next guest. Per Turo Fees Table, you will be charged a late return/additional usage fee if you return it after 30 min and it increases if you go past 2 hours. If you believe you might need the vehicle for more hours/days, please extend your trip in the Turo App. [CUSTOMER SATISFACTION] We are here every step of the way to ensure you have a seamless experience. We will provide you with our personal phone number to contact us during the duration of your rental and will respond quickly to messages sent to us through the Turo messaging platform.

I loved the Audi! This was my 2nd time using Turo and each time I used an Audi! They met me at the Love Field airport and Deandre helped me put my huge luggage in the trunk which was so nice. She provided me details as to what to do if I had to change plans and overall had great customer service. I actually did end up having to adjust my trip w/ the car & we found something to accommodate us both. I would definitely recommend using them to rent. The vehicle drives well, smells good, & was clean. Even when I adjusted my time for renting the car she mentioned making sure she gave herself enough time to get the vehicle cleaned for the next rider which is great especially during these times. I would rent from them again. Great people!

The car was great! It was delivered on time and was so easy to get. The hosts were wonderful. Clean and comfortable car and very easy to drive. I would definitely rent it again.
