Alfred was great to work with. Very prompt communication and quite helpful. The vehicle was very clean and serviceable upon delivery. A great transaction all around.

Very nice host, communicative and supportive.
Car was ok, small issue with suspension and battery but host was fast to respond. Had to cancel remaining of the trip as host had no replacement. Unfortunately, my experience with Turo support to cancel trip was very very bad. Five days of emails and calls back and forth where every time i had to explain my self all over again, while my remaining money stuck with Turo until decision is made by someone high in management, as per call center staff.
Anyways, finally someone made the right decision and returned back my money for the remaining unused period. Very frustrating and disappointing. Nevertheless, Turo deals remain somehow good compared to other 3rd party rentals.
