Description
I’m happy to rent my RAV4 AWD to the Turo community. It’s a great vehicle; safe and convenient on the road. The all wheel drive system makes it stable on the road. It has a roomy trunk that can suit 4-5 suitcases, snowboard or ski. Plenty of room inside that makes the trip comfortable for all passengers. Please note: -Be careful driving on the freeways. If you get a toll, take care of it. You will be responsible for all toll fees. -Car is equipped with Ez-pass electronic tolling and all tolls will be charged through Turo as an reimbursement. - NO SMOKING ALLOWED($250 fee) - NO PETS ALLOWED

I could not have asked for better hosts than Alex and his wife. My flight was delayed multiple times due to weather and they were very accommodating to the delays. During the trip I suffered a flat tire. Since we were both new to Turo neither one of us knew what to do. He offered to come to hotel in the middle of the night to put on the spare because the next day was Easter. Luckily we learned about roadside assistance and they came to change the tire to the spare. Since I could not use the car anymore because of the flat Alex allowed me to change the reservation date to drop car off 1 day early. I was very lucky that I had premium insurance. As a result I won't have any out of pocket. I still feel terrible that now Alex will have to take time out of his busy schedule to get car fixed. Now knowing how Turo works, I should not have changed my reservation because that resulted in refund and it cost Alex money. Now he's out a day of rental and he has to get car tire repaired or replaced. Thank you for being great hosts and I'm very sorry about my ignorance on how to handle things.
