Car was clean, worked great - had a small hiccup at the airport for pickup, but Jin was on it and made sure I was good to go.
He was so accommodating, open & honest, and provided an additional incentive along with the reservation (it was not necessary, but greatly appreciated).
Jin makes everything easy from the minute you make the reservation My husband uses a wheelchair and requires a handle above the passenger door to assist him getting in and out of the car.
Car was very clean and Rodney’s directions for picking up and dropping off the car at the airport were crystal clear.
Tonetta was a great host, she was very accommodating, and loved she was available on our last min need for a rental.
