Description

Basic $ 2,000,000 third party liability insurance coverage are included within basic rent price. Insured as U-drive for the purpose of renting, insurance provider Manitoba Public Insurance. No hidden fees/other fees associated with this renting from Turo. Prices are cheaper than conventional car rental places. I am pretty flexible to accommodate guest's request and will do my best to meet your travel need.

***GUIDELINES/FEES*** - Bring a VALID ID that matches your name on this account or we cannot legally give you the vehicle. -Add any other drivers that will be driving the vehicle on the TURO App -LATE RETURNS: Fee: $50/hr for each hour the car is late. Avoidance: Before the rental ends, extend the rental through the app. - TICKETS: Fee: $50 per ticket accrued for any photo radar ticket. Avoidance: DO NOT SPEED, there are lots of radar in Winnipeg, so if you do not pay attention to speed limit in different areas & zone, chances are you are likely to get photo radar ticket. If you get ticket, there will be a $50 administrative charge apply on top your ticket. Just because it takes up lots of our time to resolve those tickets. - TICKETS: Fee: $50 per ticket accrued that you don't pay. Avoidance: Pay tickets immediately and make sure to park in a way that you won't get a parking ticket within 24 hours! - SMOKING: Fee: $250.00 cleaning fee. Avoidance: As with all rental cars there is NO SMOKING allowed inside the vehicles. Please try to smoke outside the vehicle to avoid these extra charges. -I deliver all my vehicles with full gas of tank. Fill the gas tank before returning it. If you do not return it with the same amount of fuel it had, 2.50$/L will apply for each liters missing in the car. - CLEANLINESS: If the car is returned excessively dirty a cleaning fee will be added. Fee: $150.00 cleaning fee. Avoidance: All we ask is the vehicle comes back as clean as we have given it to you to avoid any cleaning charges. - Everything Else: Fee: $25 if Turo has to get involved in anything. Avoidance: Handle reimbursements ourselves through Turo's 'request reimbursement' feature so you don't have to pay Turo's $25 support fee!

False accusations for smoking in vehicle

I wound not want to rent or deal with you ever again who don’t take responsibility for their own actions. Too bad I can’t attach picture of where it’s obvious that I am not accusing you, I am stating what you did, where validly of my claim is vouch by the guest who rented the car right after your return. Hopefully my comment help other host and Turo to be aware. Next guest who rented right after you bothered by the strong marijuana smell. Your text saying -“May be the smell from our cloths”

As a first time Turo user, this experience could not have been better. Taufiq and family were so nice and great with communication. The car was great to get around and explore Winnipeg. I would definitely recommend Taufiq to any potential Turo users.
