What should I do before returning the car?
Please return the car with the same interior & exterior condition (car washed) as you picked it up. - Garbage bags are available in the trunk. - For fuel, please return at the same gas level or pay for pre pre-fuel trip. - Please be on time, 30 minutes late will be an automatic no show. Or at least let me know If you are coming late.

The car was exactly as presented. I had no problems with it. Only thing that worried me was the check engine light being on, but I was told not to worry about it. In the beginning of my trip, I was given the wrong address so I Ubered to the wrong place. The host promised a refund for my Uber, but has still failed to return the money to me.

We rented a car from Jericho for a week in April of 2023. Pre-trip questions were answered almost immediately. The airline changed our itinerary by a full day at the beginning and end of our trip - Jericho was able to accommodate without any trouble on our end. Despite our flight arriving 30 minutes earlier than expected, Jericho was already waiting for us which was a nice surprise - he met us right at the airport exit. Over the course of the week, we drove from Edmonton to Jasper to Lake Louise to Banff then back up to Edmonton (approx. 1200 kms) without any issues. Drop off at the airport parking lot was easy as well - Jericho made the transaction quite seamless. Would definitely recommend!
