Excellent car and great host, would recommend!

The car smelled like dope and tobacco. There were even pieces of it in the centre console. I showed the host and he didn't seem to mind. The headlight was not working and after informing the host, he said he would have it fixed and then proceeded to avoid my calls and messages. The tires were bald, the brakes were questionable and half way through a family trip, the battery started disconnecting locking my children in the car. Opened the hood to see the battery post was loose so a Phillips screw was inserted to try to steady it. The battery disconnected two more times while driving with my family. Informed the host and he again avoided me.

The cleanliness of the car was poor. Many scratches and damages on the car. Very hard to take pictures of the damaged areas. It was way too many.
The fuel was not full in the car. I had to guess how much I had to refuel to give the car back at the same level. Major inconvenience!!!
Check in checkout processes were seamless.
Host was communicative and reachable.
