Marco’s Escalade was excellent for my trip to St. Louis. This SUV is very nice, turning heads all weekend and riding like a Cadillac should ride. The service was impeccable; Marco arrived on time to meet me coming from baggage claim and met me on time for my departure out of Lambert International Airport. Taylor’s black 2018 Jeep Cherokee was an awesome car to rent, loved it so much I’m thinking of buying one. It was very clean, everything worked as expected and had several luxury extras such as steering wheel and seat warmers which were wonderful in the St. Louis, MO, March weather. Taylor went above and beyond with her outstanding help, guidance and patience assisting me in my attempts to maneuver through the airport to where car was parked, adding additional driver and an early end to my trip. She was wonderful and there’s just not enough kind words to say about her.

Makita was an excellent host. My first choice was an airport rental but the office was closed due to my flight being late in the evening. I have never done Turo before but decided to take the chance. I was very pleased by how Makita stayed in constant contact with me from the beginning of my trip with picking up the vehicle and scheduling the return. The vehicle was in excellent condition mechanically as well as being immaculately clean. I will definitely work with her again on my next trip to St. Louis.

Fantastic vehicle for a family gathering! Very clean, well maintained and a super smooth and quiet ride. Not used to driving something so big? Cameras and warnings assist every step of the way! The 7 ppl seating is 2-2-3 because the second row are bucket with a console - so that was different for us but we luckily had some smaller family members and it was all good. Edison was perfectly on time for pickup and dropoff, no waiting. Would definitely use again!

This was my first time using Turo, and I am super happy with my first experience! Not only was his Jeep in great condition inside and out, but he also maintained excellent communication throughout the rental process. He even took the time and explained how Turo works so that I don’t make rental mistakes in the future. In addition, Marcos was highly amenable to last minute changes, making my life a lot easier for vehicle pickup and drop off. One thing that almost kept me from renting was another users comment claiming that the vehicle tag was expired. I looked myself and that is not the case (at least currently), it expires in 2023. I just wanted to mention this to ease any concerns for future renters. My experience was a 10 out of 10.

I requested the car last minute because my initial booking canceled on me. Diontae responded fast, and it was late! I really appreciated that. He brought the car a little early then my starting time which was great for me since I landed earlier than expected. The car was clean, pretty, ran great on gas & ran smooth. Highly recommend & I will definitely rent again if allowed.
