First time using Turo and all went smoothly. Pick up was easy and “no contact” which is great during a pandemic. No waiting in line at a rental car agency! Daniel had included pictures in the app with map showing exact location that I had not seen before pick up but used location within my Tesla app that worked fine. We added drivers without a problem. Car was great and nice and clean when we picked it up. Drop off was easy. The only thing that was a slight drawback was that he asked that car be dropped off with 91% remaining charge. We had charged fully before leaving Napa but then had to take time to charge again before drop off. Hope maybe they could relax this a bit in the future. As a Tesla owner I loved being able to go gas free on my vacation. Daniel was a great host and responded to my questions quickly. Would rent from him again!
