Donny is an outstanding host!!! His 2021 Jeep 4xe was presented to us spotless, full and ready to roll! With gas prices high, it’s great to have the plug-in hybrid option! We charged at the hotel and only used 1/2 tank of fuel the whole week!!! He has quick, friendly communication, and is extremely accommodating! Extremely satisfied with our rental from Jerod. The vehicle was very clean and in great condition. He was prompt on delivering the vehicle and provided a brief run through on operation of it. We ended our day trip a couple of hours early and Jerod was able to meet us earlier for the return. The next time we are here, we will definitely look for his availability.

Kevin’s car was in pristine condition and very reasonable price! I LOVED driving the BMW around the island. Kevin was very accommodating and helped us with pick up drop off spots. He even gave us a map and recommended activities during our stay. This is my first time using the app. I would absolutely rent from Kevin vs using corporate rental car companies. I made the mistake from renting from a local Maui company and the car was in terrible condition and not drivable. I returned the car and searched for another rental option. I downloaded this app and Kevin was able to get me a car in 2 hours! Better customer service and an amazing, clean vehicle! Definitely recommend this option if renting on the island!!!

Patrick was an incredible host, very communicative and accommodating. The vehicle was like brand new, extremely clean, and worked perfectly for our family. Patrick went as far as leaving his Yeti cooler for us to use and made himself available if we needed any recommendations. I will be renting from Patrick again when we come back in October. Great experience! Effortless pick up and drop off. Very responsive, included some thoughtful touches like a charger, cold bottle waters and sanitizing wipes. Location was perfect coming over from the ferry. Aviva was very helpful and understanding when we had extenuating circumstances. The car was amazing on gas mileage and comfortably fit my family and our luggage. The car drove so smooth it made me consider getting a subaru! Would definitely rent again.

Kevin and the snazzberry jeep were awesome. First off, Kevin was super friendly and went above and beyond to help us out during our first trip to Maui. The snazzberry jeep was spectacular from the easy drop top access to the alpine system. You can't ride around in anymore style than what this vehicle offers. We took the jeep on several different highways throughout Maui and I never felt uncomfortable with it. It is truly a beast. I wouldn't give it a second thought to go through Kevin again when I return back to the island. He is 1 of 1.

Roxy was the perfect vehicle for our day on the road to Hana! The ease of taking off the from tops and putting on was perfect as the weather was shifting through the day. This was my first Turo rental and Michelle was great to help answer my questions. Pick up and drop off were an ease. Gas mileage was a huge bonus as well. If we ever come back-we will certainly get Roxy again!

We would like to recommend Aviva’s car to anyone looking for a car in Lahaina. The car is great and very clean. But what impressed us is that Aviva was able to help us tremendously. We were late and couldn’t normally make it on time which means we were going to miss the last tender back to our cruise ship! Best Jeep if you want to save gas!! We took it to the tops of the mountains down to the beaches and every where in between. Mr & Mrs Shields are super fast to help & made our first experience with Turo as easy as possible. This was my first time using TURO and it all went well. We took an Uber to John's place and picked up the car. Easy Peasy. John also gave us some of the best mangoes I've ever tasted. Yum. I found John to be super easy to work with and communicative. The car was good and got us to where we wanted to go! I recommend John and Turo.

This was my first Turo experience, and I would say it went well. After this experience, I plan to exclusively use the Turo app for vehicle rentals. So much less hassle than trying to work with Expedia, Bookings.com or private vehicle rental services at airports. Communicating with the Host prior to our trip was efficient and simple. Eric communicated well using the app. The vehicle was provided exactly as described and we had no issues with operations. There was only a minor mishap with the delivery of the vehicle to our hotel which Eric graciously waived the Delivery Fee and paid for hotel parking as we were not able to be onsite at the time the vehicle was delivered. Mahalo Eric for the use of your vehicle during our Hawaii vacation!

This is an amazing vehicle. We drove around Maui for four days and by the end of the trip we only had to put $20 in the tank to fill it all the way up. We are seriously looking to buy a vehicle just like this. The interior is beautiful and the drive is smooth. The only thing I didn’t like was the smart dash board. That’s only because the car I have has a better one. Other than that. Amazing. Also, Chuck is a great guy and guided us along our journey with quick responses and great detail.

Great trip with a great host. With a family of 6, rental cars are ALWAYS a pain. Loved my Turo experience and a great ride from Josh. Super close to the Kaanapali, and with 4 kids, was stoked to have a 3rd row for the ride up to Haleakala. Highly recommend Josh if you want an in-town option on the island! Way better than paying for an over price rental car to sit at the resort for the entire trip.

Renting a jeep was a breeze because of Kaleiokanikaipo worked so well to accommodate us. He was right on time for drop off and pick up. Jeep was impeccably clean. It was such a worthwhile experience.

J is our hero!!! Our previous host dropped us last minute (evening before trip started) and we rebooked with J. He was super responsive, answered my call immediately and assured me that he was gonna make it work and that he'll get us a car no matter what. And he delivered, next morning 7am he was there himself, even drove out to drop it off at our place. Huge appreciation that he went above and beyond for us! The car was amazing as well, perfect fit for the road to Hana and up Haleakala, clean, modern, plenty of space for the two of us and our luggage and beach gear. 10 out of 10, especially the communication with J.
