(Bring back the car at the same level of fuel it was given to you, otherwise you will be charged for the fuel amount and an additional convenience fee.) Renters will be held responsible. **Rentals come included with 200 MILES A DAY. If you surpass this amount for the amount of days you have selected to rent, you will be charged for the additional miles. Renters will be held responsible. **NO SMOKING (cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, e-cigarettes). Any foul smell or evidence of smoking detected when Vehicle is returned, the renter will be charged an additional Cleaning/smoking fee. **No pets. (They can cause damages to cars interior, including but not limited to Smell, Stains, and scratches.) Renter will be held responsible. **Major stains/spills will be charged a Cleaning fee. Renter will be held responsible. **Please notify me if a toll road is used during your trip. Renter will be responsible for all toll charges. **Renter is responsible for any parking citations, moving violations/tickets, or towing. Please notify me immediately if you receive ANY violations and please pay them right away. Car is well maintained especially considering it's for over 130k miles and is a 2012 model. The pickup and drop off was very easy. The hosts were very responsive and understanding/ flexible (we had a family emergency and they were very accommodating), I absolutely would rent from them again.

The car was great for my trip because it was spacious, the only thing is that the AC kept going in and out. It would work for maybe an hour or two and then would blow hot air and I had to keep checking to see if it would turn back on.

The trip was really nice, the van was clean, reliable, and ready to go! There was a tire sensor issue and the AC didn’t blow cold air on our return trip but overall a good option.

Excellent customer service, overall very responsive. The car itself is 2012 so it is very old. Be aware that there is no Bluetooth—only aux cable input. However it still drives fine and fits a lot of luggage and people. It also seemed to get decent mileage.
