The rental went smooth, the car was nice. The dent next to the passenger's door causes a noise when you open or close the door, just be aware of that. Otherwise no issues and had a great time!

We had an easy pick up and drop off since we had it delivered to a location. The car was just fine for us in the inside but the out side had some damage that we did not know about until right before we picked up. Lindsay was amazing to work with when we asked questions in advance and changed out time to earlier on drop off. Would definitely work with her again just wish the car damage was disclosed.

Hi Sean, I’m glad to hear you had a good trip. As far as the dent goes, it’s listed in the car details and is something that I’m transparent about. In addition there a pictures in the listing that disclose the dent. The car is even priced as the cheapest Pacifica in the area due to this.
