  • What happens if I get a flat tire?

    Please check and photograph the tires during standard check-in procedure. The renter will be responsible for the cost to repair or replace a flat tire, as you’re responsible for the vehicle during the booked period of your trip. If you get a flat tire, call for roadside assistance. Pay for the cost of the tire at full price, regardless of tire use before the incident. You’re not responsible for replacing any of the non-damaged tires. If you and your host are unable to coordinate replacing or repairing the tire, the protection plan you chose would be in effect for a damage claim.

  • Can I smoke inside the vehicle?

    You are not allowed to smoke anything inside the vehicle under any circumstance. Please note that smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited, and any violation of this rule will result in a fine of up to $250.00 and 3% processing fee. This is to cover the cost of a professional deep cleaning service and any potential loss of future rentals due to lingering odors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our vehicle smoke-free. If you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

  • Can I travel with my pet inside the vehicle?

    We appreciate your interest in our vehicle and understand that traveling with a pet is important for many people. However, we kindly request that no pets be allowed inside the vehicle during the rental period. This policy helps us maintain the cleanliness and quality of the vehicle for all of our guests. If you must travel with your pet, we recommend looking for alternative vehicle options on Turo that have a pet-friendly policy.   • What is the process for JFK / LGA airport pick-up and drop-off?

    Dear renters for JFK and LGA Airport pick-up/drop-off, We kindly request that you read the following information for a smooth rental experience: 1. To help us track your arrival and departure time, please provide: (a.) your flight number and (b.) terminal information. 2. Upon your arrival, our driver will be waiting at the airport cell phone lot. Once you are ready to be picked up, please contact the driver, and they will meet you at the arrival lane in under 5 minutes. If necessary, our driver can take you out of the airport to a less hectic location to get you situated with the car at no additional charge. 3. During departure, our driver will be waiting at the departure lane to pick up the key and complete the check-out process. If you prefer, we can also meet you at a location near the airport to handle the check-out process and then drop you off at your terminal.     Yes, as part of the check-out process, it is mandatory to refill the gas tank to the same level it was when you received the vehicle. Generally, the gas tank will be refilled to 100% during the check-in process.

  • Do I have to clean the car before returning?

    You do not have to bring the car for a commercial car wash or detailing shop prior to returning the car. We ask that you remove any garbage / trash / bottles / sand / any road debris and return the vehicle back in its original condition. We may charge you $150.00 CLEANING FEE if the vehicle is observed to be dirty and in a condition other than the original.
