The car was clean and in very good running condition.There was a sensor warning briefly that did not impact driving. The host Thai was great in answering all questions in a timely manner. And I totally recommend.

The car was perfect for my family of 7. Almost new! Nice and clean! Host was amazing and very easy to work with!

Overall the car was in great shape. It fits 1 large bag 5 small bags and a large cooler with an ikea sized bag for food/snacks with 5 adults. The tires tended to squeal on the curves of on/off ramps, which was due to the lower tread depth in them (45k miles - probably the original tires). The brakes probably need to be replaced soon as there was an uneven feeling when hard breaking to avoid accidents on the highway.
Wonderful communication with the host and very easy pickup/drop off.
