Caroline is very easy to book with and rent from. The van drove great and has a ton of room. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is bc the radio doesn't work and it doesn't have Bluetooth, which is an issue for newer phones bc you can't charge and use the aux at the same time. So you'll def want to bring an aux cord. There's also an unexpected loud noise that comes from the back door locking mechanism as you start to drive off that'll startle you if you're not expecting it. Lol Other than that, everything was great and I'd def book with Caroline again. :)
