Car smelled like weed and front dash, movie player and passenger side window button were broke. Was a seamless pick up and good price but I guess you get what you pay for.

The vehicle we rented was so beat up, it was literally falling apart.. with 105k miles on the vehicle it wasn’t safe for driving.. now I learned to request the actual mileage of the vehicle before rent it.. on top of that the host is claiming that I didn’t return the vehicle properly, which is not true. I was instructed to return it to the economy parking lot of the airport, which I did. They charge the additional $50 for that which is ridiculous.

Car quality was awful; Flat tire from the start, relayed information to host and was told to just fill up constantly even though it was a flat tire. This put a major burden and inconvenience on our trip since we had to fill the tire up 4 times. Customer service was difficult to deal with and after hours of going back and forth for a solution, we finally got somewhere wasting valuable time of our trip. Will not be recommending Turo to anyone!
