Yes, you can request a trip extension through the Turo app. I’ll do my best to accommodate the extension depending on the vehicle’s availability.
How do I pick up the vehicle?
Once your booking is confirmed, I’ll provide detailed instructions on how to pick up the vehicle. Depending on your booking, this could be a key handoff in person or through remote access via a lockbox.
Do I need to clean the car before returning it?
Yes, please return the vehicle in the same clean condition you received it. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, additional cleaning fees may apply.
How do I leave a review?
After your trip, Turo will prompt you to leave a review. Your feedback helps me improve and provides valuable information to future guests.
What is the fuel policy?
The vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel as when it was picked up (usually a full tank). If it’s not refueled, a refueling fee may be applied.
What if I return the car late?
If you expect to be late, please request a trip extension through the Turo app. Late returns without notice may incur additional charges.
Can I smoke in the vehicle?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. If the vehicle is returned with any evidence of smoking, a cleaning fee will be applied.
