Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with the van. We rented it to travel out of state with my large family and on day 1 it was having issues starting, and by the time we got out of the state the air conditioner stopped working. There was also cigarette burns in the visor and my kids complained it smelled like smoke. It was a very hot miserable drive, the panel on the drivers side door where the windows roll up also came up every time we tried to roll up the windows, and when we opened the back door the light would fall down. It’s time to retire this van. We didn’t feel safe driving it home so we contacted turo and they towed it back and refunded our money and we had to rent from enterprise to get home. It was such a headache but shad was responsive and helpful the whole time, so that was appreciated!!

Please be advised; There’s no mechanical issue with this vehicle. Vehicle had no odor and Air conditioner functions. This car was mechanically reinspected by ASE Professionals and deem unfounded. Poor guest all around.

This was my second time renting from Shad LLC and I was not disappointed. The van was clean, filled up, and ready to be driven. My messages were answered promptly and accurately. Pick up and drop off, using the key box, is super convenient. I will m ok at definitely rent from Shad LLC next time I need a mini-van.
