Guidelines
Please pay close attention to the following conditions to avoid charges: 1. Driver must be 21+ of age to rent. 2. Absolutely NO PETS are allowed & NO SMOKING (of anything) If the vehicle is returned with any cigarette or marijuana, you will be fully responsible for all costs associated with having the vehicle decontamination (that's a $500+) 3. The vehicle will be delivered clean from inside & outside at the time of renting out, you have to return it in the same condition, otherwise, you will be charged with a car cleaning fee. 4. Return the car with the same amount of gas when you received (prepaid refill gas is available to purchase)

Can I use Tolls? Does it come with Toll Tag? How will I get charged?
Yes, renter can use tolls and will be sent a invoice of the tolls charged during their trip through the Turo App
How am I going to receive the vehicle (IAH Airport) ?
We are doing a smooth and easy contactless check in. Guest will take a free service shuttle bus directly towards where the vehicle is stationed (5-10 min drive). Lockbox will be installed on window. Easy process for you to locate the vehicle with proper information
