Surprising how cool and comfortable this car was. Loved it!!

Car itself was nice and clean enough. Had a couple of functional problems with car-doors not locking properly and no windshield wiper fluid in back (which poses a safety issue in winter weather). What was most uncomfortable for me though, was the drop off and pick up situation. I’ve only used turo one other time, so maybe it is the norm, but seemed fairly sketchy to me. Host was flexible with my drop off and pick up time changes, which is super helpful due to our family emergency.

Bao's Kia Carnival was the perfect choice for our trip. The gas mileage was surprisingly great for a vehicle that size and everyone had their own space to relax and unwind after a day of play. The features of the car are incredible and highly enjoyable. I highly recommend this car to anyone looking to book a trip with up to 6 people.

The price was good. Communication was good. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the van. It was clearly not cleaned in between uses. It was filthy!
