Guidelines
The back hatch can only be closed manually (not with the button). Recently, a renter brought it back where the button won't close it (only open it) and with so many rentals back to back, we haven't had a chance to get this fixed.

Is the ski rack included with rental price or is it extra?
It's included. We assume if you're renting from us in the winter a ski rack might come in handy so it's already on the car and ready to go when you pick it up. No extra charge.

If only every host could be one like Marissa. For some reason the Turo app would not work for me yet via text Marissa remained connected and always reachable. Our trip to Salt Lake was an emotional one as my brother endured brain surgery. She was deeply compassionate and caring while providing the smoothest level of service possible! I highly recommend her! Wish she were in every city!
