This car is brand new and looks exactly like the photos in the picture. I thought their pictures looked much better than the pics I took! ⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON RENTING THIS CAR ⚠️ 🛬🛫Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) *If picking up the vehicle from the SLC airport, there are a few options depending on when you land. *1st option, I'll meet you in person at the Turo meet area, also called, "Off-Airport Rental Car Shuttles", which is a short walk from baggage claim. *2nd option- I'll drop off the vehicle in short-term parking within the hour of you arriving, and you'll be responsible for a small parking lot fee of $5/hour (I'll try to have the vehicle very close to when you arrive). *3rd option, I'll leave the car in the economy parking lot, where you'll take a quick shuttle bus to your destination with a max cost of $12/day. This will be the option that I would use when I'm not able to drop off the vehicle around the same time you're landing. You do have the option of choosing how you want to receive the vehicle. I am flexible! In person- free, short-term parking- $5 hour (closest to baggage claim), economy parking- $12/day max (short shuttle ride). Guest is responsible for the pick-up parking cost, host is responsible for the return parking cost. SLC airport does not allow curbside pickup. If caught, it is a large fine for the host, and they monitor it closely. Otherwise, I would meet you curbside! ✨ Return car clean & full fuel- This is a new vehicle that we want all renters to enjoy and help when others keep it clean. I have a membership to Quick Quack Car Wash, with over 20 locations in Salt Lake. You can take it to any location to get it cleaned during your trip. Not required to bring back washed and completely up to you. 🚭 NO SMOKING or VAPING; $250 Fee

⚠️ Important Car Rental Guidelines ⚠️ 🚗 Return Condition - Additional fees may apply for cars returned with less than a full tank or not returned in the similar condition it was provided. 🐾 Pet Policy - Pets are not allowed, - A $250 cleaning fee will be applied for pet hair left behind. 🚭 No Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. - A $250 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking, including smoke odor. ⏰ Late Returns - We provide a 30-minute grace period for returning the vehicle. If you return the vehicle after this time, it will be classified as late. If you anticipate needing the vehicle for a longer duration, please modify your reservation through the Turo app to avoid any late fees. 📏 Mileage Limits - Please adhere to the mileage limit stated in your booking. Overage charges will apply for exceeding the limit. 🔧 Accident & Damage Reporting - Any damage to the vehicle must be reported immediately. Must also file a claim on Turo 🚦 Toll & Traffic Violations - Guests are responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, and traffic violations during the rental period.
FAQs
I accidently got a Crack in the Windshield. What should I do?
A couple options are, you can take it to a local windshield glass shop and return the car as you received it or we can have shops we work with fix it after the trip. However, you will pay a small convenience fee and up to the cost of the windshield.
The Car has a Check Engine Light or Tire Pressure Monitor Light on, what happens?
Before each rental we do all we can to make sure the check engine lights are off and the tire pressure monitors are working and we check them before and after each trip. 97% of the time the check engine lights are not a problem, and with the different temperatures in Utah the Tire Pressures Maintenance Lights often go on and off with the change of temperature.
What happens if there are Small Dings, Scratches and Rim Rash?
We ask for you to be responsible and do your best to avoid these little tiny issues. We understand things are going to happen, but they do hurt the resale value of our cars. We ask you to let us know about the little things that happen to a car and if it is large enough and a big enough issue, we will ask for compensation.
If I lock the Keys in the Car or lose the Keys what Happens?
Most cars need to be towed to the dealership to have computerized machines reprogram the keys to the make and model of car. So it typically costs a towing fee, a replacement fob, and then a key reprogramming fee. This can be as high as $750 in expenses. Please do not lose or lock keys in the car.

This was our first Turo experience and it was nothing but wonderful! Trevor was great to work with and very responsive. We’re big fans of the Toyota Sienna and this provided a great experience to travel 1300 miles to see the beautiful landscapes of the Utah National Parks! Also loved the Quick Quack Car Wash; super easy way to clean up all the dust and sand in and out of the car.
