Call me when everyone safe. Report any damages, low gas, dirty inside of vehicle immediately. Need extension? Submit online asap, no submission is subject to late fee up to $50. Minimum $150 fee for SMOKE REMOVAL (Cleaning). Please return car exactly as you received it. $25 min cleaning fee if it requires cleaning at my end, $250 cleaning fee if you smoke/vape/have pet hair in car. Please check Turo's cleaning policy https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000808347 (Fuel) Always return the car with fuel level the same as what you receive the van, no less. $10 Turo Processing Fee charged on top of the fuel cost if you don't return car with the fuel level that you received. Danielle is incredibly responsive and helpful. I had a very urgent, very unique situation, and she was literally my only hope and it worked out perfectly. Definitely will remember this and recommend her to anyone who needs a van quickly.

Danielle was great but the car needs more maintenance. We couldn't get either sliding door to work properly and the coolant reservoir ran dry on the third day of our trip.
