Guest will be responsible for the parking fee which is $4/h. SPECIAL NOTES: 1. CLEANING: Safety is always my priority, and this vehicle is cleaned and sanitized after each trip. 2. This car takes REGULAR GAS ONLY! You will be given the car with a full tank and you should return the vehicle with a full tank as well. If you choose to return the car with less fuel, there will be a $20 convenience fee added to the cost of fuel. 3. This is a NON SMOKING vehicle. Please DO NOT smoke ANYTHING in this car. You will be charged a $250 fee to get the interior detailed if this rule is violated. 4. PETS Are NOT allowed Any pet hair found or dander will incur a $250 cleaning fee. 5. AIRPORT FEE. The vehicle can be delivered to you at the airport for a fee that can be discussed. 6. TOLLS. The vehicle has a Pass toll transponder attached With a serial number 01514901480. Any tolls will be charged as an additional fee and added to the cost of your trip. 7. Car charger and iPhone or android cable will be provided for free of use. But you will be charged a $20 fee to buy another one if it's not returned. 8. How Do I Add an Additional Driver?

Are you flexible with extensions? Returning the car early? Adjusting pick-up/return time?
Yes! The vehicle will be ready for you at your pickup time but if you need to pick it up after that is perfectly fine. We do ask that any significant changes be made in the app under the "Modify Trip Details" section - this is particularly important if you are going to be more than 30 minutes late at vehicle drop-off or if you want to pick up the car more than 30 minutes early. If you need to extend or shorten your trip that is also flexible, pending that the vehicle is available.
Do I need to clean the vehicle before return?
All we ask is that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. Just make sure to leave it clean and tidy to not be charge a cleaning fee.
How Does Communication Work?
Turo does require all communication to be held in the Turo app and we do ask that you please adhere to this policy. The Turo app is managed nearly 24/7 per day by myself or my partner, while my personal cell phone is not - by messaging here in the app you will get the quickest response. It is IMPORTANT that you download the Turo app and turn notifications on, otherwise you will miss important pieces of instruction for vehicle pick up.
How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?
Yes, as a renter you are responsible for all toll charges. At the end of each trip, I will go through and tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement at the end of the trip.
Are You Flexible with the Vehicle Pick-Up or Drop-Off Location? Do You Offer Delivery?
Unfortunately, for trips less than two weeks the pick-up location is not flexible, cannot be modified and we do not offer delivery. we do offer free delivery at the airport ORD and MDW for trips of one week or more.
What Type of Gas Does the Car Take? Do I Need to Fill Up the Gas Tank Before Return?
Regular unleaded, we do ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before return.
