Great car. Clean and free of damages. Easy and swift communication with the host Pick up and drop off process has been greatly improved in sfo compared to a year ago.

Chris was very flexible and really helped us out of a bind when we almost missed the train back home during drop-off! He also was extremely punctual and was easy to communicate with. He made renting his van super easy and chill! The van was clean and was perfect for what we needed it for (a big conference in San Diego).
