- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/NO DRUGS IN THE CAR, a high penalty will be charge for any bad smell found in the car after you return it. - No pets allowed. We love animal. But this is a sharing car, we must keep the car clean for our next guest. - The cleaning violation fee is $150 per Turo. _________________________________________ - Please return car in full tank of gas (please save the receipt in the glove or upload it on the "trip Pictures"). Or I will fill it up for you and will back charge you for the gas bill with $10 additional fee. _________________________________ Bridges Toll/FASTRAK For your convenience, our car is with the Fastrak account/transponder. The transponder/car license plate will be auto scanned when the car across the toll plaza. I will send a request for the toll fee in about a week after the rental when I get a bill from Fastrak. __________________________________ Guest will be responsible for any flat tire if it is happened during the trip. ___________________________________ - This car is for California use only.

Jianming, and his co-host Amy, who we dealt with primarily in person, was very helpful, sweet and easy going when we had any questions during the entire duration of the trip about the mini-van. The van was exceptionally clean, like brand new, and drove like a dream. My kids enjoyed it and we’re comfortable driving to Disneyland. We would rent the van from them again on our next road trip.
