Overall very practical if you are going to carry a lot of stuffs or people. *FasTrak device included for your travel conveniences. However, you are responsible for all incurred charges. All toll transactions are recorded with time stamp. You may either reimburse me directly via Venmo, Zelle, cash, or by calling Turo and tell them to charge your account. A processing fee from Turo may be applicable. You will need to notify me, either before or after your trip. You should keep a record of the toll amount. See Turo FAQ to learn more.

Pet fee
Return the car without cleaning. We will remove pet hair and do the post trip detail cleaning. This does not cover spills, physical damage, cigarette smell. Normally $150 for pet hair removal if pet fur evidence was found without notifying me.

Main complaint, David charged me 19$ for 2 gallons of missing gas despite the car being returned on a full tank. It’s pretty annoying having to go through this but I guess it happens. This is the main reason I am writing this bad review, and yeah there’s probably worse reasons to leave 1 star reviews but the dude was super annoying about it so here we are. He also told us the day of the trip that the check engine light was on and there was a problem with the transmission and shifting into gears. He also changed the pick up location.

Hello, 1. You’ve returned the car 2 gallons less than full. Turo proved I am correct and disregarded your dispute. This was also evidently shown in the trip photos. 2. You’ve returned the car with pet hair. The turo policy strictly forbidden pets unless notifying the host. I could have charged you $200 in cleaning fee, but, I didn’t. 3. You drove for more than 2,000 and returned the clean super dirty, 2 gallons less than full, and tried to deny your wrongfulness. Turo proved in right.
