Shane was a great host and was very informative. The vehicle was clean and worked for our needs. Would definitely rent again. Please advise that the only reason I did not rate a five was because of having to pay additional undisclosed fees such as parking tickets that were not included in my rental cost even though we paid an additional $30 for delivery and drop off at the airport.

We do have the guest responsibilities listed in our pick up instructions per Turo Policy. Delivery fee is to have the vehicle at the airport. We do not make any money on airport parking fees.
