• How do i get billed for using the ezpass?

  I will bill you for only the tolls you use for approximately 1 week after end of your trip.

• Where is the registration and Turo insurance card?

  Inside the glove box.

• What if i forget to fill up?

  I will bill you the actual cost of refilling and Turo adds an additional $10 convenience fee.

• Can someone pick up the car on my behalf?

  Unfortunately, NO. The vehicle will only be released to the primary driver listed on the reservation. I understand that things don't always go as planned, so if you need to make a slight adjustment to your pick up time, please contact me and I will be happy to assist:)
