We take cleanliness very seriously and the vehicle will be cleaned and disinfected prior to your trip. PARENT APPROVED! For an additional fee, we can provide a child safety seat, which can be rear or front facing (5 – 100 lbs. depending on configuration). I am a mom myself, and the car seat is compliant and well within its expiration date. Regarding tolls: if you should encounter tolls on your trip, we will bill you for any of those charges within 90 days of the trip end date.

Please plan to return the vehicle in the same condition you received it (includes interior and exterior cleanliness). DRIVER INFO: - Un-authorized drivers are NOT permitted to operate/drive the vehicle. You will need to authorize an additional driver through Turo (however, you will still need to be present at pickup and dropoff). Per Turo terms, photos will be required from you (the driver) upon pick up to gain vehicle access. Please be prepared to take a few 'selfies' of yourself with your driver’s license next to the vehicle upon your arrival. INSURANCE: Please understand your responsibilities and your personal insurance, especially if you are considering declining the Turo insurance option: It would be in your best interest to check with your personal insurance before booking to make sure it will cover you for peer-to-peer rentals (a good amount of insurance companies will not cover this but will indeed cover ‘conventional’ rentals – please note Turo is considered peer-to-peer. If you have any doubts, I recommend opting in for one of Turo’s insurance options so you are protected.) No, unfortunately it is required that whomever books the vehicle is the authorized driver. That means you must be present at pick-up and drop-off. You are able to add an authorized driver, but please note that you still need to be the one present at pickup/drop-off. This is per the Turo terms of service. We will require a picture upon pickup to verify your identity. Thank you for understanding!

Our trip was fantastic with Betty White! The vehicle was clean, ran well, and felt 100% safe. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect car and host. Jennifer is responsive, kind, and friendly. When my sister discovered that she had left her favorite travel mug in the van, Jennifer drove the mug to our hotel! Way above and beyond. Absolutely winning in every way. Do not hesitate to rent one of Jennifer's vehicles for your next trip.
