The 2017 Kia Sedona has a quiet, attractive cabin and good safety ratings. However, it has poor handling abilities and a weak powertrain that strains going up hills. The Sedona also lacks the family-friendly features of its rivals. As a result, it sits near the bottom of our minivan rankings. ——— According to Port of Portland Police, Turo is ban to operate at any terminals as well as short term and long term parking. We have received many warnings from the Airport Police, and regretfully to inform our guest that we will no longer able to offer curbside delivery. We are striking to work out a deal with the airport and contacting Turo to find out if they have any special assistance for us. Our lot is only 7 minutes from the airport , please take Uber or Lyft to our lot and our staff will be waiting for you there. The horrible part about this trip was that I was hit by another driver... Rear ended... And turo is trying to charge me. Thats bullshit and it needs to be corrected now or I will sue and protest turo...that driver needs to pay for this

The Kia Sedona had bald tires, and was past the wire on one rear tire. You can view photos and video of each tire here: https://bit.ly/3cgB4iA The vehicle was deemed unfit to drive by both Les Schwab and Firestone Auto, and had to be towed back to Tai. When I contacted Tai to complain about the tires (before getting the van on a lift at Firestone and realizing that the rear tires are actually more dangerous than the front ones), he refused to give me a refund or help in any way, stating that the Kia's price was cheap. None of the tires met legal minimums, or Turo's required minimums. There was a sticker on the dash covering up the TPMS light. Firestone stated that they could not add air to the left rear tire, as it would blow. There was a large crack in the windshield. Turo requirements require no crack in the windshield, and no maintenance lights. All of this is documented at the link I shared, where I am depositing all of the documentation I have on this vehicle. The documentation is also being shared with There are also other 1-star reviews on this vehicle complaining of the same issues, buried beneath Tai's 5-star reviews for his luxury cars. DO NOT RENT FROM TAI.

We always do the walking around to make sure the car is in good condition. We also go to great length to have guest confirm in the app message section that " I received the car clean and in good condition." In this case Johan did confirm in the app. I understand that there were some issue with the tires which both of us didnt know. Johan waited the last minute end of his trip to inform us about the tire. He demand full refund or bad review. This is a scheme that most renter do, to get fullrefund

The Sedona has high miles but ran great! It served my family's travel needs very well during our stay. Tai was easy to work with and I hope to be a return customer.

It was easy to work with Tai and the vehicle was great. It was a little dinged up (just cosmetics) but it ran well and was of high quality. Happy to recommend this option for people looking for a car rental in Portland.

Was a bit messier than so would have expected a rental to be. Also states 8 seater. Clearly 7 passenger van.
