*RE-FUELING* Please leave all gas receipts inside the car! Don't have time to re-fuel the vehicle when you return it? No problem, we'll take care of it. Please note that we do charge a small $10.00 re-fueling fee on top of the cost of fuel. *TEXAS TOLLS* Tolls are NOT included. ALL tolls related to your trip will be charged as an incidental once I receive invoice from toll company. There will be an additional $5.00 fee for admin. *SMOKING* Smoke Inside the car or near by is ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED (Please read Turo's policies for up to $250.00 additional in fees). *NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE CAR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES* *RENTAL EXTENSIONS* If you need any additional time during your rental, please send us a message as there will be an hourly charge for the added time. You may also be able to extend your rental prior to the scheduled return time ... extensions are at our discretion, but we will accommodate you if we can. *CLEANING* The vehicle will be fully cleaned and sanitized when we deliver it to you. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty (e.g., sand, stains, or spills), there will be a cleaning charge of $30.00. This is NON EATING, NON DRINKING and NON INTIMACY vehicle. This van was exactly what we needed to make a quick trip out of town.
The pickup location was ideal close by, and the van was in good shape. For us, the ability to fold all the seats flat to the floor was ideal. I noticed a couple of things right after pickup when we were packing and the host was very receptive to acknowledge the additions.
The van rode extremely smooth on the highway and got even better gas mileage than expected. The AC was super cold and it looked like the tires were almost new. The miles included for a 2 day rental was also a huge plus.
I highly recommend this vehicle and this host.
