Do I need to refill the gas tank at the conclusion of my trip?
Yes. Please refuel the vehicle to the same level you received it. There is an extra fee when the car is not returned with a full tank. We also offer a “prepaid refuel” found in “Extras” in case you want return the car at any fuel level.
Can I travel out of state? Or out of the country?
Yes, you may travel out of state in certain instances - but please run it by me first. I like to make sure my cars are well maintained and have fresh oil changes prior to any road trips, for the guest’s safety. Travel out of the country is prohibited per Turo’s terms of service. Travel to Mexico is STRICTLY PROHIBITED 🚫

This was my first experience with Turo and it was a great one! Tatum is fantastic! She communicated everything we needed to know and was available to answer questions anytime I had one! The van was PERFECT! Clean, reliable and spacious! It was waiting for us at the airport (say goodbye to endless lines at a rental counter) and all we had to do was walk out to the parking lot and we were on our way. It was a smooth, seamless transaction. I am so impressed! I will be using Turo again, and if I am in AZ I will absolutely book with Tatum again. Thanks for making it such a wonderful experience, Tatum :)
