PHX airport-Pre Flight parking lot. This method is a short shuttle ride from the airport and avoids airport taxes and fees. Exit the terminal to catch the Pre-Flight airport parking shuttle. (Bright red shuttle and arrives every 4-6 minutes). To accommodate our guests and unexpected flight changes, we have gone contactless. Lockbox and pick up instructions will be provided the day before your arrival.
Where is the airport pick up/delivery for the Toyota Sienna?
The Sienna is housed at an airport remote parking garage which is accessed by shuttle from the airport curb. the address to this parking is 44 N 44th St. It is defaulted as the home drop location and is also the pick up location if you select PHX as your delivery. If selecting PHX however an additional airport tax/fee will be charged by Turo so we encourage renters to keep the default address.

I’m giving 2 stars because the pickup was easy, host was informative, and nice. But unfortunately, the quality of the car was not good and this caused me unnecessary stress during my trip. I had to meet the host on 3 separate occasions (twice on the first day and once on the second) to fix a headlight. He did apologize, but also said the previous renter did not tell him about it. My friends and I couldn’t go out on the first night because we didn’t feel safe driving at night. The next morning when I turned on the car, the tire pressure light was on. We were on a tight schedule and didn’t have time to meet the host for him to take care of it. Instead we took it to discount tire where I was told all 4 tires were low on air. I previously checked myself with a tire pressure gauge (my dad is a diesel mechanic; I always carry one) and yes, they were low. We spent 24 minutes at discount tire where I was also told 2 out of 4 tires were not in good shape. When I told the host what happened, he said discount tire probably just wanted me to buy new ones. I know how to check the tread depth on a tire. At least one did need replacing. We ended up missing one of our reservations because of the time lost. The host was sorry and said he’d previously taken it for a “checkup” and that he was told it was in good condition, but obviously this wasn’t true. Even if it was, he should have verified that the car was good to go. It’s not the job of a renter to make sure the car is ready for the next person, that is the job of the host. Renters don’t always tell you what happens during their trip with the car.
Lastly, the inside of the car had several stains on the ceiling near the front/middle, mainly stains from what appears to be a soda popping, it was a lot. They sell fabric stain removal sprays pretty much at any store. I wish the host would have tried to clean that as well. He owns a very nice black convertible that appears to be well taken care of. It’s a shame he doesn’t do the same for the car he rents out. Very disappointing experience.
