My daughter injured her right hand in an accident. She received a small settlement which I encouraged her to use to start this business. Turo works great when responsible people with well maintained vehicles offer them for use to other responsible people. If you rent from Saylor and I we will do everything in our power to make sure you have a stress-free excellent experience. If you read our reviews this is how 99%+ of the trips go. The following is for the 1% of the people trying to ruin it for everyone else but it would be good for everyone to read and understand. 1. We will gladly try to accommodate any changes in trips but if you select the wrong airport for delivery or if you land an hour or 4 hours early you need to change the trip from your side we do not have the ability to change it. The same goes for extending trips. We gladly will extend any trip with proper notification, the sooner the better. If the vehicle you have has another trip and you unexpectedly need it longer and we have the ability to switch you out with a different vehicle and we will gladly do that. We cannot give cars early or extend trips past 1 hour of them ending because there will be no insurance which puts both of us at risk. 2. If you leave the vehicle smelling like a cigar lounge or a marijuana dispensary I will do everything in my power to roast you on the reviews so that you can never rent another Turo car again. I frequently have quick turnaround trips and it's hard to know who appreciates the smell of a fine cigar or premium marijuana so if you plan on hotboxing with four of your friends doing bong hits in the vehicle please select someone else. 3. Document the mileage and the fuel level through pictures and upload them to the app. If you do not want to hassle with refueling or cleaning you can prepay those through the app. I need to receive the car back in the same condition as you received it in....not dirty, not covered with bugs, not out of gas, etc. If something happens (when doesn't it) and you have to leave the car low on gas or dirty do not worry, its ok, but please let me know asap. I will request reimbursement and let any guest expecting the car on a quick turnaround that I may be delayed to clean the vehicle. I personally always prepay fuel and cleaning because 9 out of 10 times I am running late to the airport and it is nice to not worry about that. 4. In the unlikely event any lights in the vehicle come on stop the car immediately, assess the situation and call myself or Saylor if necessary. I had a guest relay to me how a low tire pressure light was on when he left his hotel in Phoenix to go to the Grand Canyon. He said he "looked" at the tires and they were fine. He then drove almost a hundred miles before burning the tire up. I was able to help him find a shop over a holiday weekend that was open and had the correct tire. You are responsible for any damage that happens to the vehicle when it is in your care whether you did it or not. These are real life examples that I have been given: I was in the restaurant eating and this big jacked up truck backed into the vehicle. I failed to get his license number or call the police. I don't smoke weed but my daughter and her friends used the car, maybe they did? I have lots more. This is why it is so important for you to take pictures when you pick up the vehicle to document the condition. It protects you from fraudulent claims and misunderstandings of damage that could have already been on the vehicle from previous trips. Most of our vehicles have small cosmetic scratches, dings, etc and we don't sweat the small stuff but broken headlights, taillights, major dents, or missing side mirrors etc that happened during the trip will be the responsibility of the guests. I agonized over adding this to all of our listings but the hassle of trying to accommodate people on quick turnaround trips for vehicles that have been abused or not returned on time has become an issue. Please think of how you would feel if I brought you a car that smelled like smoke, wasn't clean, wasn't full of gas, and had the side mirror ripped off....You would not be happy and I would never do that but when other people do not take care of the vehicle or return on time it puts me in that position....scrambling to provide a different vehicle which becomes a hassle for myself and the next guest. If you have been on Turo and have less than 3 stars you need to reach out to me and let me know you have read and understand this (everyone deserves a second chance) and I will accept your booking. Please do not be a part of this 1%. If you are I respectfully ask you to please book with someone else. Thank you! Rob and Saylor

Please read to avoid any post trip fines or fees! • Return car with same level of gas as the trip started with. • NO smoking/drugs/drinking or PETS inside vehicle *This equates up to a $250.00 turo fine* • Return car clean as it was when trip began. If drop off is at my home the nearest car wash is about 2 miles away. Quick Quack Car Wash, 2844 E McKellips Mesa, AZ 85213 United States. • Car tires/rims must come back undamaged - be vigilant of curbs, pot holes, etc. *Damage to rims range between $150.00 to $600.00* • Review your mileage allowance and the over-mileage fees. Unlimited mileage can be added in “trip extras”, daily fees apply. • Car must be returned on time. Many cars are rented back to back therefore timely returns are a must. If you need to keep the vehicle longer, please reach out to me about extending your trip. Otherwise, you could face additional usage charges and late fees.   • How does pick up and drop off work at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport?

    Due to the volume of vehicles we have it is close to impossible to meet everyone curbside. I usually leave my vehicles in the short term parking at the guests terminal. Do not worry! Our guests rave about with how fast and easy this process is! I will also be texting you a picture of the spot Its parked in to ensure a stress free retrieval. Once you exit the parking garage you will need to pay a parking fee of $4-$15 to get out. We try our best to drop off vehicles as close to your scheduled time as possible to keep the fee low. Vehicles are to be parked in the same terminal garage at drop off. From there it is a very short walk to flight check-in and security. * My drivers operate between the hours of 9am-8pm. If your flight is getting in later than 9pm parking fees can be up to $27.

Our Family Vacation was over the top and it started the minute we landed. Communication was prompt by text and the directions for finding the car included photos and travel path. Stupid Simple! The ease of completing this rental car pick up and subsequent drop off in the PHX truly was the best of the best. Now, the vehicle is just perfect too. A family of 5 adults with luggage needs more space than a traditional 5 passenger SUV. I highly recommend Robert and his daughters company using Turo. It was outstanding in every aspect.
