We strive to have a perfect variety of cars from minivans for the whole family to small economy cars, trucks, sports, and luxury cars. Why rent from us? ✅ Show drivers license and get the keys right away. NO WAITING! ✅ Full tank of gas at start. No more annoying empty gas tank! Clean and disinfected cars. We want you to enjoy and stay safe! ✅ Got kids? We have baby seats for rent! ✅ We guarantee customer satisfaction EVERY single rental! ✅ All cars are INSTANT BOOKING! Time is precious, we won't waste your time! - Car will be given clean with full tank of gas. We expect the same when returned. - Although car can be pet friendly, car needs to be returned pet hair free or $150 fine. No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services. We offer car seats for all ages. Pickup location in the ride share lanes was not convenient as it required rushing to get bags in the car and kids set up in car seats.
Car and carseats were not clean and could have been vacuumed. Crumbs and other signs of recent use that could have been easily cleaned up were visible.
Van worked fine but right side door button did not work and required opening via other means. Van made clunky noises on drives and after putting van in park, it would go forward a few feet out of driver's control.
Same issue of inconvenience on dropoff due to location of dropoff at airport ride share lane.
Also did not appreciate the lack of transparency in host's gas replacement charge and "convenience fee" charge when I had just filled the tank prior to reaching the airport and his gas receipt showed that he had driven the car several miles before "filling the tank" full. Also disappointed in Turo's lack of visibility in the dispute process on this front.
Good communication otherwise with host but unlikely to book again.

Seepan is a dishonest guest. At pick-up, the car was provided with a full tank of gas. However, when it was returned, the fuel level was only three-quarters full, yet he insisted it was completely refueled, I uploaded photos taken at check-out showing the dashboard with the exact time and location. In compliance with Turo’s policy, we submitted the gas receipt.
This kind of malicious retaliatory review has been reported to Turo.
