Juan was excellent and VERY accommodating. I accidently reserved pick up at the Orlando International Airport even though I was flying into Sanford. I told Juan at the last possible min (when I landed at Sanford) of the sudden change and it wasn't an issue at all. He was still able to deliver the car at a more than reasonable time without any issues. He never complained at all or gave me any type of hassle for my mistake. I can't say enough about how great he was.
The car was in fantastic condition and had plenty of room for luggage and my family. If you are heading to the Orlando area I HIGHLY recommend booking with Juan.
