Parking costs (entry and exit) will be paid by the Guest, (Maximum amount payable of $24 in parking lot A, B or C) and Maximum amount of $14 in Economy parking. (Airport fees are independent of the Host and are set per day). ✅ APPLE CARPLAY / ANDROID AUTO ✅ EQUIPPED WITH AIRTAG ✅ ALWAYS DELIVERED CLEAN ✅ FULL FUEL TANK *GAS* The car will be delivered to you fully fueled and ready for pick-up. You have the flexibility to opt for the prepaid refueling option, allowing you to return the car at any fuel level for an additional fee. Alternatively, you can return the car with a full tank of regular gas, to avoid any extra charges. Should the vehicle be returned with less gas than provided, a fee to cover the missing gas plus a $20 convenience charge will be applied. *TOLLS / SUNPASS* Our vehicle comes equipped with a SUNPASS transponder. Please note that guests are responsible for any parking fees, camera fines and toll charges. We do not recommend using your own transponder since you may be charged twice. At the end of your trip, we will review your toll expenses and send you a reimbursement request through Turo. Keep in mind that some tolls operate on a pay-by-plate system, which might delay the billing process. Should this occur, it may take up to 30 days for us to receive the toll charges by mail, after which we will promptly send you a reimbursement request via Turo. *AIRPORT DELIVERIES* ✈️ We offer convenient vehicle delivery directly to your arrival terminal at Orlando Airport (MCO). For deliveries at MCO, guests cover the initial parking fee, which varies from $10-$24. The return parking fee, when the car is returned to the airport, a fee of the $24 convenience charge will be applied.. Please inform us about your arriving terminal. *PICK-UP* ➡️ Instructions for pickup will be shared following your reservation confirmation. The vehicle can only be driven by the primary account holder unless additional drivers are added to the trip and approved in the Turo app. *RETURN* ⬅️ When returning the vehicle, please be punctual. Turo offers a 30-minute grace period, after which a late fee applies. If you anticipate a delay, it's necessary to adjust your trip timing in the Turo app, which incurs a modification fee. This fee is mandatory for maintaining insurance coverage and is non-negotiable. *GEOGRAPHY* ❌ The car must remain within Florida. It's equipped with GPS tracking, and taking it outside the state will incur a $300 fee. *CLEANING* 💧Our vehicles are delivered in perfect condition, and thoroughly cleaned before each rental. We anticipate normal wear and understand minor dirtiness from driving on the return. However, excessive dirt, stains or soiling will incur a $100 fee. 🗑️ 🍟 Additionally, returning the vehicle with unreasonable mess (like food spills, excessive trash) or evidence of pet presence or damage may lead to a cleaning fee of up to $100 and responsibility for any damage costs. *NO SMOKING* 🚭 We maintain a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy to ensure our cars remain pristine for all users; violating this will result in a $250 charge for smoke detection. *REPLACEMENT KEY* 🔑 Should the key be misplaced, damaged, lost, or stolen for any reason, a $500 fee will be charged to the customer.
