Parking location is a Wawa gas station. The vehicle can be parked in any open space.

🛑🛑🛑 PLEASE READ🛑🛑🛑 🚭NO SMOKING🚭 is allowed in our vehicles. This includes, but not limited to cigarettes, vapes, cannabis etc. There will be a $250 charge to remove the smell out of the car. 🚫NO PETS ALLOWED🚫. We love the fur babies, but they are not allowed in our vehicles. We want to be considerate of our customers who may have allergies to pets or smoke. NO TRAVELING OUT OF STATE. We want to ensure that we keep our vehicles in top condition. Out of state laws vary and we don't want any legal issues for our guests in the event something happens.

• Do I need to fill up the gas tank before I return the car?

  You will receive the car on a full tank and we ask that you return it on a full tank only if you did not purchase the fuel recharge extra service. If you didn't purchase the fuel recharge extra service and you did not return the car on a full tank, you will be charged the cost to refuel the tank plus a $10 convenience fee from Turo. You can always opt to save the hassle of stopping for gas when returning the car and purchase the Fuel recharge extra service.

• How do the Tolls work?

  For your convenience, all our vehicles are equipped with a Sunpass, so you can save time and money by not having to stop at the toll booth! We will bill you for tolls directly through the Turo app at the end of your trip. Please be sure to use the Express Lane when going through toll roads. DO NOT STOP AND PAY CASH AT THE TOLL BOOTH BECAUSE WE WILL STILL GET BILLED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED AGAIN! Tolls are not free.

• Can I take the car out of state?

  Traveling out of state is not permitted in our vehicles.

• Do I have to clean the car before I return it?

  All of our vehicles are washed, cleaned and disinfected before each trip. It is car sharing etiquette to return the car in similar condition that it was received in. We also have a dedicated Car Wash where you can take the car to get washed and vacuumed for FREE. Message us for details…If the car is returned excessively dirty, you will be charged a $150 cleaning fee. We want to ensure that every customer has a clean ride, so please treat our vehicle as you would your own!

• How do I send you a picture of my ID?

  In the details section of your trip, there is a ‘Trip Photos’ option which allows you to add and upload pictures.

• Do I have to pay for parking?

  Depending on where you are picking up the vehicle, there may be a parking fee. If you are picking up the vehicle from the Orlando International Airport, there will be a fee. When you pick up the vehicle there will be a parking ticket in the middle console. When you exit the parking garage, provide the parking ticket to the parking attendant and you will pay for the parking fee upon exit. The cost may vary and can go up to $19.
