MiniVan Dodge Caravan is a beautiful family car. shift gears just by turning a knob. spacious car for up to 7 passengers and more luggage space. multimedia screen. the seats are foldable so you'll have more space for luggage. car for those who like to walk. very comfortable. side and rear doors are automatic. the car has a cell phone charger. rear camera works super well. Dual Zone Air Conditioning and Cruise Control. Please check out the optional Extras to make your trip more fun and convenient! The Guest can opt for the delivery and return of the car at the airport. This is a service and must be selected by the Guest. 🅿️ Car delivery usually takes place in one of the airport's garages, depending on the availability of parking spaces in the garages. The Airport charges to park the car in the garage and requires payment of up to $24 to leave the parking lot, therefore it will be the guest's responsibility to pay this fee upon delivery of the car and upon return. Upon delivery of the car, the guest will pay the bill that I will leave in the car, and upon returning the guest will leave the parking ticket inside the car, I will pay and then send the charge through the app, creating a new invoice and adding a photo of the receipt. I usually park the car between 24 hours before booking and the booking start time. I will leave the car key in the safe, and I will inform the guest of the exact location to find the car, as we will not be meeting. For security reasons, TURO recommends that the host check the driver's license, so as we will not be meeting, you will need to add two photos: a clear photo of the car and a selfie showing your face and driver's license in hand. Tolls: There is a SUNPASS TAG for automatic toll payment, but you are responsible for all tolls. After completing your reservation, all tolls will be charged, including tolls for delivering the car (before the start of the reservation) and for returning the car (after the end of the reservation). SUNPASS Transponder: 060270611010 ⚠️ For your safety, this vehicle is tracked and has an Apple AirTag, so don't worry if your phone notifies you of this. this address is from PANERA BREAD which is located in the mall next to my house. I will park the car a few hours before the booking starts. i will put the key inside the lockbox and let you know the code. When returning the car, please park it in the same spot, and put the key back in the lockbox. thanks.
Guidelines
In order to keep the car in top condition, smoking is prohibited inside the car. In case of cigarette smell, a fee of $250 will be charged according to TURO policy. In case of excessive dirt inside the car, such as dirt, beach sand, grass, animal hair, or bad odor, a cleaning fee of $150 may be charged, according to TURO policy.

Do you deliver the car at the airport?
Yes. This is an extra service and must be selected by the guest. Remember that the airport charges for parking, and these fees will be charged later to the guest, in addition to the delivery and return tolls.
How will I find the car?
I will park the car preferably in the same terminal you will arrive at, a few hours before the start of your reservation, if the garage is open. After parking the car, I will add photos to the trip photo album and send a message informing the exact location (Terminal, Level and Row).
Where do I find the car key?

Does the car have an automatic toll pass?
Yes, the car has a TAG for automatic payment of tolls. The guest can use it without worry, however, all tolls will be the responsibility of the guest. A few days after I finish booking, I will send you a report with all tolls, including tolls for car drop off and car drop off at the airport, and Turo will send an invoice.

I'm sorry about your review of me. If you had let me know when I made the reservation, I would have been happy to replace the wiper blades. You were over an hour and a half late returning my car and I didn't give you a bad review. I gave you the car with inflated tires, but you returned it with a nail stuck in one of the tires. This happens and it's not our fault. Anyway, I appreciate your feedback and the windshield wiper blades have already been replaced.

Great glad we booked such a spacious van. Only problem I had is said free pick up and drop off at the airport and I had to pay a parking fee when I got the vehicle. I guess it evens out because I didn’t have to pay too park the vehicle there? All good great first experience using TURO overall.
