We used the Chrysler Town and Country. We were out of state for vacation and the last day of vacation I heard a clanging coming from the rear passenger wheel. Took it to a repair shop. It was missing 2 out of 4 bolts to he control arm and the ones that were there were loose!! The other aide was missing 2 bolts also! Thank God we didn't drive back home the whole assembly would have came off and the wheel with it! This ruined our trip home, we had to book another hotel, uber an hour to get a rental car to get home and Turo isn't even willing to give me half of what it costs to cover my expenses! This could have been a deadly crash. I will never use Turo ever again and I will never reccomend anyone use it also!!

Hi! Thank you for your review. Your rental was for around 10 days. In addition, You took a 2012 vehicle from Florida to Tennessee. I usually don't allow that unless is a newer vehicle. For 9 days the vehicle worked with no problem, In the last day is when you heard the noise. That vehicle in particular had maintenance done just a fee days before your rental and it works fine. It might be something that happened during the way or there at Tennessee.
