Permitted for Guests During the Rental: Normal use of the vehicle, including driving to and from your desired destinations. Use of the vehicle by the renter and additional authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement. Use of the vehicle for personal and business purposes, as long as it is not used for illegal activities or commercial transportation services . Not Permitted for Guests During the Rental: Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is not allowed in the vehicle. Pets are not permitted in the vehicle, unless the owner has explicitly allowed it. The vehicle should not be used for racing, reckless driving, or illegal activities. The vehicle should not be driven outside the country or geographical limits set by the owner, unless prior approval has been obtained. The vehicle should not be sublet or loaned to a third party. Note: This is not a comprehensive list and Turo's policies are subject to change. For the most up-to-date information, it is recommended to review Turo's official policies.

• How do I have to return the car?

  You should return the car with full tank, as it was delivered. If you can't, we will fill up the tank and send you an invoice with the receipt. The car doesn't have to be 100% clean, the cleaning for regular use is on us. However, if there is anything which is considered cleaning violation you will be charged for the cleaning.

• How does it work with tolls?

  All our cars have Sunpass and you can use and will receive an invoice after your trip.

• Can I smoke or vape in the car?

  No, all ours cars are non-smoking. There is a 250.00 smoking penalty fee in case of smoking or vaping.

• When the car is it the airport parking lot, who is responsible for the parking fees?

  The cars will be delivered to the parking lot prior to your trip in at most 1 day, usually a few hours, depending of the demand and traffic. The fees for the airport pickup are under the guest expenses. However, at the end of your trip, you will also be able to drop off the car at any time at the parking lot and this is on us.
