This was an exceptional experience! Our trip to Chicago was for daughter’s funeral and this entire process was stress free. The host went above and beyond in every imaginable way. This was my first experience and I hope the next time is just as perfect. Karol helped me fix the error I made when I first signed up on Turo. He let me pick my car seat and made renting a car SO MUCH EASIER than a car rental company. The car was delivered and picked up as promised at my gate. It felt like I was meeting an old friend. He even recommended a gas station for me. Don't hesistate to rent from him. You will not be disappointed.
