No pets allowed in vehicle and no smoking. Thank you for your cooperation! Also- we don't require customers to sanitize or clean their rental vehicles before returning them; however, we do expect rental cars to be returned in a reasonable condition to avoid cleaning fees as per Turo's TOS.

You will receive an invoice for the cost of fuel plus a $10 service fee.

I had a change of car last minute and picked up car with half a tank, forcing me to fill up three times.

According to the trip photos the vehicle had right under 3/4 of a tank. Adding fuel is expected of all drivers, if not you will run out of gas. I’m sorry you feel otherwise. We also only require you to bring the vehicle back with the same amount of fuel it had when you picked it up.
