Carrie’s van rental size was perfect for my party; however, after paying a $75 trip fee to drop the van to the airport I was informed I would have to pay an additional $20 for the parking and vice versa. Also, the van was parked in Lot A which was pretty far to go with no shuttle service and with luggage. Once my trip was done I tried dropping the van off at Lot A again but it was closed so I had to park in Lot C but they did provide shuttle service as it was even further away. But a better option for travelers with luggage and walking issues.

For the upkeep of the van, the outside was in excellent condition as well as the inside; but van shook a lot once u accelerate to about 60-65 miles per hour. The wheels made a scrubbing sound when backing up or turning, the van had no Bluetooth but its older and had an aux cord, it also didn’t have enough charging ports in the back even though there seems to have been a charging port station installed but the electrical outlets didn’t work only the cigarette lighter plug option and at times the usb worked.

The price was good and the rental did what it needed to and that was to transport during my stay and didn’t break down or cause any issues during my trip
