Pick up and drop off was super easy. Van was great would definitely book with Ron again.

Ron was a great host and this vehicle worked out perfect for our trip. This was our first time renting through Turo and overall Ron made our first experience a great one. Instructions for pickup and drop off were clear, the check in process was straight forward and he was very communicative from booking to the end of our rental. As this was our first experience we didn’t know what to expect and just a couple things took us by surprise - 1. The exterior of the car wasn’t clean. Did it impact the function of the car? No, so truly not a big deal just wasn’t what we’re used to. 2. We were asked to clean and vacuum the interior of the car prior to return as it was set to go out to another renter after we returned. Again, not a big deal but was one more thing we had to do at the end of our vacation while trying to get to the airport with two toddlers. We did our best with the tools we had and hope the next renters were satisfied with the clean! Overall a good experience and we would rent with Ron again.

Quick and easy pickup and communication. Van was as advertised. Had a light on for the auto start, but it did not effect the car’s performance or use in any way. Great vehicle
