ABOVE ALL Return the car in the condition it was given to you 🐶 I am an animal lover but not when it comes to my car, so please keep your furry friends at home. 🚭 Absolutely no smoking or drugs in the vehicle.Smoke or drugs fine $150; Pet hair issue fine $150; So please don't smoke in the car. 🚮 I clean my vehicle before each rental. Please respect the next renter by bringing it back clean. A cleaning fee will apply for bringing the vehicle back dirty or smelling of smoke. -Highly recommend Post-trip cleaning. Only cost $25. Return the car hassle free, without worrying about cleaning up after your trip. Does not cover upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, pet hair, or smoke removal. ⛽️ Please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it was delivered to you with. - I will usually deliver the vehicle to you with a full tank.Fuel charge will apply for less than full level and a reimbursement will be requested within 72 hours after the end of your trip. - Upload a picture of the gas receipt in the "trip pictures ". OR keep all the gas receipts in car Center Console. If not I can go fill it up for you for $10 plus the cost of gas ⏰️ Please be on time. - If you pick up the vehicle late that's usually not a problem for me, as long as you let me know you're running behind. However picking up late DOES NOT mean you can return the car late. Late returns are not acceptable. The car is due back no later than the listed Turo time. Exceptional customer service! They worked with us after we left headphones in the car. We were able to get them back thanks to their extra help and care. The car is good for families, can hold lots of luggage in the back, and gets you where you need to go. We would rent from them again!

La location s'est bien passée, la voiture correspondait à la description. Il y a beaucoup de place et on peut facilement y ranger 4 grandes valises.
Pour des français habitués à louer des voitures avec un loueur de voiture "ordinaire", nous avons eu quelques surprises:
On récupère la voiture tout seul sur le parking de l'aéroport, qui n'est pas simple à localiser. A l'intérieur, il y a le ticket de parking et l'addition est pour vous. Nous avons payé 42$ en sortant. Pour le retour même chose, nous avons garé la voiture sur le parking g de l'aéroport. Il faut prendre une navette pour rejoindre le terminal. Puis seconde surprise: le parking est également à votre charge. Cette fois le propriétaire nous a envoyé la facture de 15$.
Par ailleurs, nous nous demandions comment fonctionnait le système de péage. Il y a un boîtier dans la voiture du type télépéage. J'ai demandé au propriétaire qui m'a répondu qu'il me rembourserait la différence... Mais je ne sais pas par rapport à quoi. Le propriétaire répond cependant toujours et assez vite.
Voilà, sinon la voiture était très bien et point positif, le carburant aux USA est à peine à 1€ le litre...

Well, we have told you the exact location of the parking very clearly.As for the $42 to leave, we have clearly told you in the message that you should use the coupon to leave the parking lot, which only costs $15. I don't think you're using it.

Exceptional customer service! They worked with us after we left headphones in the car. We were able to get them back thanks to their extra help and care. The car is good for families, can hold lots of luggage in the back, and gets you where you need to go. We would rent from them again!
