The car runs great and has everything I need.

The car was extremely dirty and it was embarrassing to travel with my family. The host did not seem to take responsibility for the issue. I read previous customer reviews and learned that multiple customers have complained about the same issue. The car has 100k+ miles on it which was much higher than expected considering its 2020, I also noticed the car was different than what was described on the website (different license plate, description) - BEWARE I would not rent from this host again!!!

Shot tempered guy with attitude. Will never rent him again. The car condition was not bad. I told him, we had family emergency. He was asking for discount on dusty interior. I offered him 30% apologizing & mentioning we had family emergency & sorry for dusty interior. But he wanted more discount. I still honored his higher amount ask but he wanted upfront payment. He was trying to get discount through drama & scaring with low ratings. The car is certified preowned Toyota
